SHIPMENT LATENCY

We understand our Taylor Partner’s sense of urgency. Our goal is to ship your order within one to two business days after submission. From the time we receive your order to the date it ships out until your entire order has been delivered, we monitor the shipment’s progress as well as keep in constant communication with you.

ORDER TRACKING

Once a shipping label is created for your order, the tracking information will be uploaded to your customer portal. The transportation company, tracking number and estimated delivery date will also be sent directly to the email address on file. Other questions or inquiries can be addressed with the Taylor Team by emailing shipping@taylorhealthcare.com.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping charges are assessed after your order is placed and a Taylor Team Member can determine an exact price with weight and dimensions. Depending on your terms of agreement, you may have up to 30 days to pay your invoice including shipping. Taylor Healthcare ships via FedEx Ground or FedEx Freight Priority unless otherwise instructed. You have the option to ship through your preferred carrier. Accommodations can be made through Customer Support at (281) 296-0401 during hours of operation.* Exclusive promotions are extended to our Taylor Partners.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Taylor Healthcare offers you a choice of Overnight, 2-Day and 3-Day shipping options for orders placed before 12:00 PM CST. Respective expedited shipping costs will apply to your overall total. Special requests can be submitted to our Taylor Team if the 12:00 PM CST deadline has passed via email or telephone during hours of operation.*

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

Taylor Healthcare does ship globally however, there are restrictions on certain products that cannot be shipped to specific countries. The purchaser and end user are responsible for verifying the product(s) ordered can be lawfully imported to the respective country. We do not incur a mandatory minimum amount for orders placed outside of the United States. Due to customs, duties, taxes and other miscellaneous fees, we ask our international customers to provide us with the billing information of your preferred carrier. The Taylor Team can also send you all necessary shipment details should you opt to schedule the pickup yourself. Alternative accommodations must be approved before your order is released.
