Cancellation Policy

To cancel an order you have placed with Taylor Healthcare Products, you must contact customer service by email at customerservice@taylorhealthcare.com or by phone at 281-296-0401. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped. Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled. In this case, unopened products can be returned for a refund (minus shipping costs).

Shipping Terms

You will receive an email confirmation after you have placed your order and an email informing you that your order has been shipped. Your order with be shipped within 2-3 business days from our warehouse in Spring, Texas.
